You will have to complete three laps.
Remember that it is your obligation to know what you are carrying.

No. The whole course is totally flat, the only challenges being the 6 curves per lap. Although all the curves are very well marked, you should be extremely cautious before each one of them, especially if you are riding in a pack.
In any case, remember that you must always ride on the right to allow other faster participants to pass you.

Due to current sanitary conditions, the organization does not plan to provide any refreshments and will supply a water bottle when passing out bibs, which each participant must fill individually at the supply point that will be located in the box.
If sanitary conditions allow on the date the Barcelona Triathlon is held, there will be 1 refreshment during the race and 1 refreshment at the end of the race.

First of all, you are going to be really happy for your achievement.
Moreover, you will get a finisher medal, a drink and fruit to recover from your effort.

No, in this edition of the Barcelona Triathlon and as a health safety measure, you will not be allowed to cross the finish line with family members. The finish line will be located in a space to which only participants will have access. It is preferable that your relatives wait for you outside the finish line area.

This year the finish line will be located right next to the box.

If you are not an expert, take your time. It is not a big deal to lose a few seconds. The first thing you have to do is find your bike. Use the numbered bib signs and visual references to arrive at your position.
The stopwatch does not stop in transition. No one can help you at any time during the competition. Put on your helmet and snap in the buckle. That is the first thing you have to do. If you touch your bike without a helmet on you will be warned.
Attach your bib. While in the cycling lane it must be visible on your back. Your torso must be covered while cycling and running. If you only wore a short bathing suit, you should wear a top or T-shirt.
You cannot get on the bike until you leave the transition zone and pass the line indicated by the judges.

Slow down during the final meters of cycling and locate where to get off your bike ahead of time. Get off your bike before entering the transition area following the instructions of the judges. Do not remove your helmet until you put the bike back on the rack in your box.
You must now turn the bib onto your chest to continue the race on foot. Keep track of your belongings to avoid losing them.

Relays can be of 2 or 3 components and the different sections can be distributed freely. It is not necessary to have three participants. One member of the team can do compete in disciplines, regardless of the order.
Teams can be male, female or mixed.
Not all participants on a team need go to collect the material. Just one member is enough, although the organization recommends that all members of the team show up.
